About the Organization
COSV Montenegro is the Montenegrin branch of COSV – Coordinamento delle Organizzazioni per il Servizio Volontario, an Italian non-governmental organisation with long-standing experience in international cooperation, community development, and EU-funded project implementation. Based in Podgorica, COSV Montenegro works with civil society organisations, local authorities, youth groups, community actors, and vulnerable groups.
The organisation has extensive operational experience in the Western Balkans, particularly in Montenegro, and through regional and cross-border cooperation with Albania and North Macedonia. Its work combines field-based implementation, local stakeholder mobilisation, capacity building, policy dialogue, and support to grassroots initiatives to deliver measurable, sustainable impact.
