About the Organization
Young Professionals Network (YPN) is an organization that brings together ambitious young professionals and organizations to empower the next generation of leaders in Albania. Founded by alumni of programs supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung, YPN was created to transform international knowledge and experience into local action that addresses the challenges facing young professionals.
Our mission is to strengthen the skills, rights, and voices of young professionals so they can actively shape the future of their communities, workplaces, and public institutions. Through training, networking, advocacy, and civic engagement, YPN supports young people in building successful careers, participating in decision-making processes, and promoting fair labour practices.
